Bill Russell moved from Long Island in 1969 to attend college in Baltimore, Maryland. He received his Bachelors in 1973 and Masters in Human Services Administration in 1976.
Bill founded several addiction and mental health programs in Maryland and Florida. He obtained funding for a non-profit crisis center in Baltimore from the State of Maryland and United Way.
Bill was a co-founder of a very successful program, The Treatment Center of the Palm Beaches. He retired from the Center in 2016.
Bill’s strengths lie in development of new programs, positive business relations, and a genuine care for his patients and employees.
